Welcome to Fit4mom West Plano. I became involved with the Fit4mom community four years ago ,when I was offering eco-friendly products from my Lauryan Yoga Boutique. The company is named after my children, Lauren and Rya n. I am educated in paralegal studies, teacher certified in yoga, and an avid cook in the kitchen. I love to travel. We holiday in Europe most summers. I also love to dig in the dirt. I can never have too many flowers or veggies.
