My name is Mary Kate, or as most call me, "MK." I joined the West Plano Fit4Mom village in May of 2024 when my first born Charlie was 6.5 months. I was totally sold after my first class and have been there almost every morning since! I now serve as the Social Media Director for our community and absolutely love capturing the precious moments that make our group "us" during class and our other fun activities. Outside of F4M, I am a part time freelance marketing manager and a FULL time mama! Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, I've been married to my high school sweetheart Nathan since 2019 and have been a resident of the DFW area since 2015. My favorite things (besides Fit4Mom mornings) include reality TV, shopping/thrifting/reselling, brunch, and spending time with the ones I love the most!
